Why not just pressure wash my siding?
Because siding is not concrete. High pressure can crack vinyl, strip paint, force water behind panels, and leave wand marks across the wall. A soft wash cleans the same dirt and kills the algae causing it, at a pressure closer to a strong garden hose.
Will a soft wash remove the green algae for good?
A soft wash treats the algae, mold, and mildew on the wall, not just the color they leave behind, so the clean holds up far longer than a water-only rinse. Nothing outdoors stays clean forever in this climate, but treated growth comes back much slower.
